Siloemporiki’s screw conveyors are totally constructed with galvanized elements, threaded for convenient maintenance. They have an overflow port and the chain tensile strength system is of conventional type with setscrew and nut, offering high efficiency in transporting materials. They are ideal for the transportation of various materials and ensure reliable operation in commercial, agroindustrial and industrial applications.

Siloemporiki’s ventilation systems consist of canals with perforated sheet metal for the silo levels or a perforated pipe for the silo with a cone, ensuring the proper ventilation of the products. Our systems are centrifugal type with motor, nozzle fitting, elastic coupling and clamps. They ensure even ventilation, preventing moisture from entering, thus maintaining the excellent quality of the stored products.

Siloemporiki’s roller mills or crushers are suitable for automatic production of the crumbled product.They consist of two rolls which move in opposite directions and can be adjusted in terms of distance between them centrally and manually, offering accuracy and efficiency. Our roller mills offer high productivity and ease in use and are ideal for every agroindustrial and industrial use.

The high efficiency hammermills are of well-built construction and have an integrated milled product transfer impeller. The milling system includes piping for transporting the crumbled product, reinforced curve, cyclone with airlock and dust collector. Siloemporiki’s industrial type hammermills operate with rotor blades and high durability knives made out of hardox steel. They have a waiting silo over and under the mill and high efficiency discharge screw. Siloemporiki’s horizontal mixers consist of a bucket and a stirring shaft with blades arranged in a spiral ordering of opposite direction. The total emptying of the product is fulfilled with the opening of the trapdoor/hatch, throughout the whole length of the bottom, moving automatically with two pneumaic pistons controlled by an electrically operated valve. They have a geared motor and movement transmission with a chain or straps offering effective and reliable mixture.

Vertical mixers consist of the main body-silo and the vertical screw, which raises and mixes the product through the silo.
